-Payment should be made within 2 days after confirmation.

-Full payment which is not banked in within the period after confirmation will be cancelled.

-Shipping fee is not included in the price listed, buyers need to bear with it.

-Please inform us after you have banked in the payment.

-Goods sold are not refundable and exchangeable.

-We are not responsible for any losses and damages.

How to Purchase

Browse through our site, pick your favourite item[s] and send us an email at: ourownwardrobe@gmail.com

Step 1.
Send us an email including:
- Your name
- Code Item
- Colour
- Service Preferred (COD or poslaju)
- Address
- Contact Number

OR

SMS ONLY TO:
ain = 012-6037410

Step 2.
We will then reply your enquiries/confirmation email within 24 hours. Do reply the email within 2 days.

Step 3.
Bank in payment to Maybank (account number will be provided in confirmation email) within 3 days. If there is no respond from you, items will then be released.

Step 4.
After payment has been done, send us an email or text message. Do include transaction date and amount of payment.

Step 5.
Items will be sent out on the day or next once payment has been received. (items will only be sent out on saturday only)
